Young Women Sugar Cube Temples

Stand ye in Holy Places has been our Young Women theme this year. For an activity we made sugar cube temples and they turned out so well!

We cut squares out of a card board box for the base. We had pictures of different temples for the girls to look at and start building.

Each girl used about 150 sugar cubes and glue. We tried hot glue, but it didnt work as well.

They did such a great job and loved the way they turned out. While the girls were gluing and creating we had a trivia game about temples that one of the leaders created. We learned a lot and discussed "sweet" blessings of the temple and tasted some sugar cubes.
