Juliette is 18 Months Old

Juliette is learning and growing so much. She is starting to talk...and we can understand what she wants sometimes. She can say baby, bubbles, bath, juice, doggy, shoes, duck, all done, dont want it, no, yes, pants, socks, potty, eye, mom, dad, out, up, down, cheese, bye, cheese (when we take a picture- its darling!), that, uh-oh, hot

Words that we can understand but she doesnt really say yet...bottle (she says body), outside, sticker, touch, bird, spider (pidey), peek-a-boo, cold and garbage. It sounds like she is trying to repeat everything we say but not always understandable. She points at things.

She loves to watch the Backyardagains and Tinkerbell. I bought a new little bouncer for baby boy and she loves to lay in it like her personal lazy boy. She has a lesson of sharing coming up soon.

She loves music, singing and dancing. She does the hand motions for itsy bitsy spider, patty cake and wheels on the bus.
She weighs about 21 pounds.
Wears size 3 diapers
Mostly wears size 18 month clothes and some 12 months
She has 9 teeth- her molars grew in within the last 3 weeks.

She is becoming very independent and wants to do things herself. Like put her pants and pj's on- she'll sit there trying for 20 minutes- very determined I tell you.

She LOVES her baby dolls. She loves to push them in the little stroller and carry them around in the doll carseat. She wraps them up in anything that could remotely be used as a blanket. She kisses them, rocks and pats their back, feeds them and takes their clothes off if possible. She tries to put diapers on them even though they are way too big. I"m going to make some doll diapers for her.

Juliette is a really good eater. She can sign more and all done. She likes straws. She doesnt eat much when she is sick though, and thats been sad, but hopefully she's getting better. She LOVES bananas and eats about 1 a day.

She understands and comprehends almost everything we say. She knows how to get her shoes, socks, baby,  go to your highchair its time to eat, bath time, say good night (and she goes around kissing us, the dogs and fish tanks), she can throw away trash, bring me my cell phone.

She loves pretending to talk on the phone and thinks everything is a phone. She loves to help daddy and play on his computer, with the keyboard and mouse.

She loves the potty. We bought her a princess seat to set on the toilet seat and she is a little obsessed. I dont think she has actually peed or pooped in the toilet yet but she loves sitting up there, wiping and flushing the toilet. One thing she does that drives me NUTS is puts things in the toilet, like a new full roll of toilet paper, her little fairy doll, anything from the garbage can like kleenexes, dirty diapers, etc and i dont know what to do?!?!

She loves the dogs. Baxter, Sallee and any dog we babysit. She likes to hand feed them (and luckily doesnt try to eat their dog food anymore)

She loves to color and read books, she's into stickers lately.

She likes to dress up and has fun at day care with the other kids. She loves to put their shoes on. She is such a girl and has an obsession with putting our shoes on too. She likes to get her toe and fingernails painted and comb her hair (the fuzz top) She is still pretty bald.

She is so daring! She goes down the slide at the park head first! She loves to climb. She is pretty obsessed with play places like at Chick Fil A, Burger King and McDonalds. She loves to play and be outside. I cant wait for the weather to warm up. She likes to go on walks in her stroller. She loves to play with balls and can throw them and wants to buy every toy we see at the store.

She is so fun and adorable. I hate when she is sick and throws up for no reason. I just want to make her feel better. She is smart and the best!
