Potty Trained

My little girl is 2 1/2 years old today and potty trained! Wahoo. She's been in pull-ups, diapers and underwear off and on and then finally two weeks ago we made the switch and she is doing a great job. 1 pee accident and a few tiny poo-poos but not too bad.

Some tricks we use when she doesnt want to go:
Do you wanna go in the toilet upstairs or downstairs?
Do you want to go first or do you want mommy to go first?
Show your doll or little princess how to pee in the potty.
Put a square of toilet paper in and say pee on it.
We always "listen" to hear the pee.
Sometimes she'll squeeze a little ball and tell her poo poo to come out.
We tell her she can have a piece of candy sometimes after she goes.

She is still having some troubles going poop all the time in the toilet. She will go a tiny nugget in her pants and then I usually notice and she does the rest in the toilet. Any tricks or tips that seem to work for you?
